Users’ Rights Regarding Their Data Management and Deletion

The data controller will delete personal data without undue delay if the data processing is unlawful, the data subject requests it under Section 14(c) of the Infotv, the purpose of the data processing has ceased, the legally specified retention period has expired, or the data has been ordered to be deleted by a court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. The data controller will also delete personal data if the data is incomplete or inaccurate and this cannot be lawfully corrected unless the law prohibits deletion.
The data controller will also delete personal data if it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or the data subject withdraws consent, and there is no other legal basis for the data processing.
The data controller will block the personal data if requested by the data subject or if it can be assumed, based on available information, that deletion would harm the legitimate interests of the data subject.
